Sinigang Lovers

Sinigang is one of my favorite food. I know how to cook it and I love to eat it.

Ingredients:

2 Lbs of Pork Belly cut in 2 in. cubes (Liempo)
1 Small radish cut in 2 in. small pieces (Labanos/Daikon)
1 Medium Onion sliced thinly
1 Small tomato diced
1 Eggplant cut diagonally
1 Cup of Sitaw cut in 2 in. length (String Beans)
3 Cups of Kangkong (Water Spinach)
2 Pcs. Of Siling Mahaba (Finger Peppers)
1½ Packet of Knorr Sinigang Mix
1 Tsp. MSG (Vetsin)
Salt to taste
1½ Quarts of water

Directions:
In a large pot add water and bring to a boil. Next add pork, cover, and let it simmer for 3 minutes.
Remove scum from the broth and then add onions, tomatoes, siling mahaba, (finger peppers) msg, (vetsin) and the sinigang mix and let cook for 10 minutes.
Then add the Labanos, (radish) cover, and let it simmer for another 10 minutes.
Add eggplant and cook it for an additional 10 minutes after adding the eggplant wait five minutes then add the string beans (sitaw).
Finally add the water spinach (Kangkong) and add salt if needed. Let it cook for three more minutes and it’s ready.
Serve with rice. Enjoy!

How to use your PC as a mobile hotspot

Turn your Windows 10 PC into a mobile hotspot by sharing your Internet connection with other devices over Wi-Fi. You can share a Wi-Fi, Ethernet, or cellular data connection. If your PC has a cellular data connection and you share it, it will use data from your data plan.

1. Select the Start button, then select Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile hotspot.
2. For Share my Internet connection from, choose the Internet connection you want to share.
3. Select Edit > enter a new network name and password > Save.
4. Turn on Share my Internet connection with other devices.
5. To connect on the other device, go to the Wi-Fi settings on that device, find your network name, select it, enter the password, and then connect.

How to Recover Data From Corrupt Memory Card or USB

1. Click Start Menu.

4. A black box will open, type the following command:

5. You may see a warning that your drive is not a Windows XP Drive, this is not an issue. Press "Y" to continue.

Step 1: Open the Local Group Policy Editor.Click Start, type Edit Group Policy and press Enter.

How can I disable Windows Update

Using Group Policy
Make sure to open Group Policy
1. Start Group Policy Editor (GPE), and load the desired Group Policy Object (GPO).
2. Expand User Configuration, Administrative Templates, Start Menu and Taskbar.
3. Double-click "Disable and Remove Links to Windows Update" (Windows 2000) or "Remove links and access to Windows Update" (Windows XP).
4. Select Enabled and click OK.
5. Close GPE.

Using Registry Editor
1. Start regedit.exe on the machine where you want to disable Windows Update.
2. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer.
3. From the Edit menu, select New, DWORD value.
4. Enter a name of NoWindowsUpdate, and press Enter.
5. Double-click NoWindowsUpdate, and set it to 1.
6. Close regedit.

How to Reset your Network using Command Prompt

1. Open Command Prompt as Administrator
2. Enter the following commands:

netsh advfirewall reset (hit enter)

Restores the Windows Firewall with Advanced Security policy to the default policy. The current active policy can be optionally exported to a specified file. In a Group Policy object, this command returns all settings to not configured and deletes all connection security and firewall rules.

netsh branchcache reset(hit enter)

Resets the BranchCache service. Flushes the local cache. Every configuration parameter of BranchCache will be reset to its default value.

Resets TCP/IP and related components to a clean state.

Fix "distorted sound after installing Windows 10"

Method 1
1. Press Windows key + X.
2. Click on Control Panel.
3. Double-Click on the Sound Icon and click on Speakers.
4. Click on Properties.
5. Click on Enhancements Tab.
6. Now click "Disable All Sound Effects"
7. Click OK and check if issue persists.

If issue still persists, as a workaround, I suggest you to Uninstall and reinstall the Sound drivers in Compatibility mode and check if it works for you. Refer to the steps below:

Follow the steps to uninstall the Sound driver:
1.Press Windows Key + X key and click Device Manager.
2.Expand Sound Video and Game Controllers.
3.Right-click on the Sound device listed and click on Uninstall.
4.Select the option to Delete driver software.
5.Restart the computer after its uninstalled.

Now download the drivers the manufacturer website and install it in Windows 8.1 compatibility mode. Follow the steps provided below to install the drivers in compatibility mode:
1.Right-click on the driver setup file and click on properties.
2.Click on the compatibility tab and check the box "Run this program in compatibility mode for and select Windows 8.1 operating system from the drop down.
3.Click on Apply and click OK and run the file to install it.

Fix USB stick was not recognized after update

Method 1:
1] A simple restart of the Windows computer can sometimes solve this problem. Unplug your USB, restart you computer and plug in and see if it works now. If it does not, shut down your computer, wait for a few minutes and then start your computer again.
2] To avoid a possible conflict between two connected USB Devices, disconnect your other USB’s, connect this one and see if it helps.
3] Run devmgmt.msc to open Device Manager. Under Action tab, select Scan for hardware changes and see if it helps.
4] Check if you need to update your drivers. Open Control Panel > Printers and devices. Check if you can see any entry for Unidentified USB device or Unknown Device. Open its Properties and update its driver, if an update is found to be available.
5] Run the Hardware and Device Troubleshooter or the Windows USB Troubleshooter and check if it helps. The automated tools check the hardware or USB connected to the computer for any known issues and fix them automatically.
6] If you are using Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2012 R2 or Windows Server 2012, there is a specific issue that affected this version of Windows. This could happen, if your USB port gets disabled after you safely remove the device from the port. Download and request a hotfix from KB2830154 if you face this issue.

1. Go to Device manager in control panel.
2. Select Device manager and a Device Manager window will pop-up.
